I have created a document and the spacing in the document isn't formatted correctly. How do I correct this?

The spacing issue comes about if paragraph spacing is used in the text box.
The logic within the forms when there is a text box is that it does not like when paragraph spacing is used. To correct the issue, all additional extra spaces need to be removed and make sure it is just one paragraph by editing the document.
