Why are Issue of Units and Transfer of Units the only documents available for a Unit Trust under the Trust Profile?
Answer
NowInfinity currently offers establishments for Fixed Unit Trusts only. As such, there is a limitation to the documents available for Unit Trusts.
When adding an existing Unit Trust on the Trust Register within NowInfinity, document availability is limited to Issue of Units and Transfer of Units. Any other documentation will need to be prepared external to NowInfinity. Once an external document is signed, you may manually edit the Trust Profile to reflect the changes, and upload the document to the Trust Timeline for your records.
